I started my entrepreneurial roots when I built my first website in 1998—I was in the fourth grade at that time. By the time I was 13 years of age, I had already begun my freelance web design career. In my early high school years, I began my first part-time business–opening a web hosting business, which continues to run today. Over the past 16 years, I have started three companies and two non-profit organizations, and have built over 100 websites across over 30 industries.
With my web development and project management background, I have spent the past 10 years sharing my technical expertise with non-profit organizations in an effort to help them increase their relevancy and their reach to millennials. I have traveled and spoke at over 50 conferences ranging from 100 attendees to 3,000 attendees. My technical expertise as a web engineer and business owner provides me insight into techniques and strategies that organizations can adopt in order to increase their conversions and their digital brand awareness.
I currently am the President and CEO of Candeavor, a digital marketing and web development agency. I spend my Monday-Friday workdays switching between business operations, project management, and web development. After hours and on weekends, I spend my time consulting with non-profit organizations and speaking at conferences.
